WE NEED EXTRA ENERGY ON MOUNTAINS BECAUSE AS WE ARE CLIMBING . WE ARE GOING AGAINST GRAVITATIONAL FORCE AND IT IS SAID THAT ON MOUNTAINS AIR PRESSURE IS VERY LESS AND AS AIR PRESSURE IS LESS WE CAN NOT DET ENOUGH OXYGEN ON MOUNTAINS SO WE NEED EXTRA ENERGY ON MOUNTAINS.
